Beau Penk

Originally from Litchfield, Minnesota, Beau Penk is a former D2 wrestler at Augustana University and a long-time contributor to the Minnesota wrestling community as both an athlete and coach.

Beau’s wrestling career is highlighted by a 235–25 high school record, making him, at the time, the second winningest wrestler in Minnesota history. He was a 1x MSHSL State Champion, 3x State Placewinner, and 5x State Tournament entrant, as well as a Fargo All-American, establishing himself as one of the most accomplished competitors in the state.

Following his competitive career, Beau spent 10 years as an assistant coach at Sartell, helping develop and mentor countless athletes. He later returned to coaching at Pursuit to give back to the sport that shaped him and continue impacting the next generation of wrestlers.
